Mylene’s consulting journey started in 2018 through exploration and analysis of various advisory literature on human capital potentials and professional methodologies for career advancements.
Combining her years of experience as an IT professional specialising in software project management, Mylene initiated the development of a technology-based tool designed to identify career progression pathways in support of human resource functions within a company as well as for an individual’s self-insight in 2021.
